The labeling system within Newired Editor enables to use customizable labels for managing and organizing the created guidance, especially when dealing with large volumes of content.
Managing Labels
In Portal, in the Site Settings you can define label names for five different label colors and enable/disable each label by using a toggle button.
Assigning Labels
In Editor, you can assign enabled Labels to the Journeys, Steps, Tips and Playbooks either from the sidebar from the 3-dots menu or from the edit dialogs by selecting the label(s) from the dropdown menu:
The same way, you can assign Labels also to Steps, Hints, Bookmarks and Playbooks. In case of Playbooks, Label assignment is also possible either from the sidebar or from the Playbook Editor:
You can assign more Labels to one Journey/Step/Tip/Playbook and all of them are visible with the label color in the sidebar - in the sidebar view of all items as well as when you open each item. When hovering the label color in the sidebar, the label title is shown in a tooltip.

When content has more than one assigned Label, it looks like this:
Filtering Labels
It is also possible to filter the created content in Editor based on the selected Labels when using Labels filtering in the sidebar. When you apply such filtering, in the sidebar you will see only the content matching the selected Label filters, the remaining content will not be shown.
Enable/Disable to show Labels in Editor
If you want to disable showing Labels in Editor, you can do this from Editor menu. Already assigned Labels will be kept for all the content but they will just not be visible in the sidebar:
