How to export content 

In order to create a package of the content that you would like to export, you need to go on your Portal and click over the Content tab:

You can see the sections Journeys/Playbooks/Tips/Segments and by clicking on the arrow button, each of them can be expanded to see the list of available content.  

Simply select the content you would like to export and then click on the "Export" button: 

An Export window with the summary of the exported content gets open and you can optionally include also the Site name to be exported:

Once you click Complete export button, a .nwp file will be generated, such as this:

This file will then be used to import your chosen content.

You can also export the entire site including all the content at once as well as all site configurations if you select the checkbox:

How to Import content

In order to import the content in your Portal, go to the Content tab:

Once there, click on the Import button:

This will open a window from which you will have to chose an export .nwp file, such as this:

After that, a new window with the summary of the import will appear:

Once you click on Import, the imported content will appear on your chosen site.
