From Newired 19.3, while using the editor, users can type shortcuts on the keyboard to speed up their work. Here is a list of the currently implemented ones:
ENTER: while on the editing window, by pressing ENTER, the changes will be saved and the window will be closed. This shortcut is enabled just when some changes are made. Below we have listed the behaviour of each window when pressing ENTER:
- Journey Creation: the Journey is created and the window is closed
- Step Editor: changes are saved and the window is closed
- Tip Editor: changes are saved and the window is closed. While adding a tag, by pressing ENTER the tag’s creation is confirmed
- Popup Whitelist: changes are saved and the window is closed. This window is closed even if it has not been modified
- Language Selection: changes are saved and the window is closed. This window is closed even with the default language
- Site Selection: the user is redirected to the selected site
- Error: the window is closed
- Selector Precision: the window is closed. Remember that changes can be saved by clicking SAVE from the Step/Tip editor.
ESC: while on an editing window, by pressing ESC, the window will be closed. This shortcut is enabled when there are no pending changes. While on Selector Precision, ESC works the same as ENTER shortcut: it makes the window close.
