If you want to export the content which is marked with Labels, you can find all labeled content well-arranged in Portal - Content tab in the "Content grouped by Labels" subsection. From here, you can select content items for the export package:
When importing the package to another site where Labels are also used, import conflicts appear when Label names from the exported content do not correspond to the Label names defined in the target site where the content is imported to.
In such use cases, there are three possible solutions for how to resolve the Labels conflicts and the user can decide which solution is the most suitable for him by selecting one of the options in the import dialog before completing the import procedure.
When importing the data with Label conflicts, this dialog appears:
Once the user clicks on the "Resolve Conflict" button, another dialog appears and from here he can decide how to resolve the conflicts by selecting one of the options:
1. Merge imported Labels in existing target Site Labels - it means that Labels defined in the target site will not be changed. Labels assigned to the source (exported) items remain assigned after the import but their names are changed based on the target site Labels.
2. Override Label names in target Site - it means that Labels assigned to the items in the target site change their names based on the Labels defined in the source (exported) data.
3. Ignore and remove Labels from imported Content - it means that Labels remain the same as defined in the target Site. Labels assigned to the source items are disregarded.
