Exporting and Importing of Media Library to another Portal

Export resources

In order to export images from one Portal to another, you need to go to Administration section on Portal. Then click on Export button in the Media library section.

Downloaded content

Downloaded newired-media.zip contains folder media:.

Media folder has subfolders related to matter of resources. For example uploaded folder contains the resources uploaded to Media Library by the authors.

Deploy resources

Unpack the "media" file from .zip, go to the place where the Portal is installed, There could unpacked only resources which are required by Newired content, there is no need to use all resources of zip file.

Typically for Windows the location is c:\Newired\data\minio\media and for Linux /opt/Newired/data/minio/media/ . Location of media folder is relatively to Portal installation ./data/minio/media/

Files should be available without restart of the Portal.
