User Roles and Permissions in Newired Portal

Newired Portal has two user roles: Admin and Author. Each role has a different set of permissions.

Admin

The Admin role has the highest level of permissions in Newired Portal.

Admin can:

• Creatie Sites
• Create content
• Access the list of existing users
• Create and delete users
• Edit information of other users
• Deleteimages from Uploads gallery in Editor
• Schedule Content Delivery Cleanup on Portal

Author

The Author role has more limited permissions. 

Like an Admin, an Author can:

• Create Sites
• Create and manage content

However, Author cannot:

• Access the list of users
• Create or delete users
• Delete images from Uploads gallery in Editor
• Schedule Content Delivery Cleanup on Portal)

Author can edit their own profile information, including their name, email address, and password.

They can also view the Content Delivery Cleanup configuration under Administration in the Portal, but they cannot schedule the cleanup.
