What Publishing means?

Publishing is the action you perform when your fine the content you created and you want to make it visible to your users.

Everytime you publish you create a Version.

What is a Version?

A Version is a single package of your content that has been published. Every time you publish your content you create a new Version, even if the smallest change has been made. In this way you have full control of your content and you can rollback everytime you want to any previous status.

Mind the basic steps

In order to guide your users with the perfect Newired guidance, there are three basic steps to follow:

Through our Editor you can create all the content you need to guide your users in your application with our Journeys and Tips. It's quick and easy, and you can experiment as much as you want until you publish.

---

When the content is ready to be published, you can set every Journey and Tip you want to publish as "Active".

Every item you set as "Active" will be included in the package that you are about to publish, called Version.

---

Finally, you can publish your new Version from our Portal, on the dedicated Publishing section of your Site.

When you click on "Submit Changes", you will get a recap about what is contained in the new Version you are about to publish. Then, you can choose to Publish as live or Submit it for review, if your content needs to be reviewed by you or someone else directly in your browser.
