Clearing a cache and resolving issues with Launcher not appearing

There are situations when it can happen that after some time of using and extension, the Launcher will stop appearing.


For Chrome

Open Developer Tools, go to the Network, right click into the field, pick Clear browser cache and reload the page.


If that didn't work, click on Manage Extensions in your browser and click on the toggle button of Newired extension to turn it off and off. Then reload the page.

If this solution didn't work either, remove the extension and install it again.



Go to the Portal and configure the extension.

After this, the Launcher should appear in your application again.


For Edge

Open Developer Tools, go to the Network, right click into the field, pick Clear browser cache and reload the page.


If that didn't work, click on Manage Extensions in your browser and click on the toggle button of Newired extension to turn it off and off. Then reload the page.

If this solution didn't work either, remove the extension and install it again.



Go to the Portal and configure the extension.

After this, the Launcher should appear in your application again.
