How to check if you have the correct snippet installed on your target application.

  • Go to the link of your target application and click F12. On MAC mouse click right and choose "Inspect".

  • The Dev tools console will open, and you will be able to see the elements.

  • Usually depending on your target application and how it is developed. You will find the snippet under "HEAD"
  • Open "HEAD" and scroll down till you find the script.

The link you see needs to match the link you find on your Newired portal in tab deployment.

When the content number (in our case 175) is not matching, it means that the content is not pointing to the correct journeys. You will need to remove and insert the correct snippet in your target application and publish again.

A double-check can be done, by opening the tab Sources /your target link

In our case, you can see that we have the correct content, as well as the collector snippet to collect analytics.
