Absolutely not. As a first remark, the customer can decide if they want to ask end users for feedback on the guidance (i.e. ask the user: has this guidance met your needs, does it provide the necessary help, ...). The user can optionally provide his/her name so the process owner can actually contact the person and learn more from them.
In this case, when the customer decides they would like to collect the name of the person, and this person decides to share his/her name, the feedback report will expose this name. This happens, however, through user consent.
This component is thus A) completely optional and B) optional for the end user to decide if they would like to share their personal name, so that the guidance owner can contact them back.
