Copying Tips to Another Sites

You can copy Tips from a site to another one.

To do so:

1) Go to the Content Tab in the Portal and select the Tip Tag(s) which contain the Tips to be copied:

or select specific Tip(s) without tag to be copied:

 2) Click "Copy to" button and select the target site from the list:

3) Click on Copy:

When you go to the target site, you will see that two things happened:

- First, the base site for the Tips you copied will be added to the URL list of the target site

-Second, the Tips will be copied to the editor and will take you to their base site on the editor browser if you click on the arrow button:

Doing this can be a great help if you need to create Journeys and Tips for processes which spam over multiple sites/ applications. Just remember to create a Step or a Tip to take the user to the second target website.
